I've been with Labatt for over 10 years now, and while every job has ups and downs, I've had a lot more ups. You'll see that if you work hard and try to make a difference, it doesn't go unnoticed and more opportunities will be available to you. The owner is fantastic and truly cares about the well-being of his employees.

Cons

Not much negative here. I guess the dress code could be relaxed a little.

There are some good and intelligent people working for this company. Company benefits are great and affordable

Cons

Not all people that work for Labatt are good people. The Austin office environment is very hostile. The moral in this office is depressing. They've lost a lot of good people because they can't tolerate the environment in this office anymore. Drivers are always complaining about pay, treatment and long hours
