Not much I could remember. A lot of good workers who get paid really really low and unrecognized for the amount of samples and results that they process every night

Cons

Horrible management who rewards each other. the hard working techs get no recognition or anything. No support for low level techs. All what the lab tech management look for is to be fast and how many samples and results you can complete. Lab tech management don't care about quality but they care about numbers Very very very poor training for new hire lab tech with high expectations to finish the work fast
