Great company and industry leader, striving to equip their employees to the best standards. Quality co-workers, leads and supervisors, good benefits for full-time.

Cons

As an industry leader their services are always in demand, remaining too busy at service centers, often with excess patient wait times that will eventually drive customers and clients away. On the employee side this creates a stressful environment, missed lunches and breaks, excess overtime, lack of work-life balance, leads to staff shortages due to call-outs and burn-outs, forced travel to cover other service centers, and a vicious cycle of staff shortages that remains unbroken.

Opportunity to meet and help patients. Great co-worker relations. Large company with stable background.

Cons

Low level managers like to micro-manage. I observed them hound people (long term employees) until they left the company.
