      I can only speak to my last position in the Phlebotomy Department. I feel there was a lack of support for phleb supervisors and manager when it came to issues. The HR focus on employees seems to exclude salaried employees, but we are employees too. Expected long hours and to be available when on FTO, even though they would say FTO is your time.
