Wonderful web of support for my role with people willing to help. My line manager is involved and wants me to succeed. Great transparency from upper management - they are clear about goals and appreciate what we all do. Great benefits. Assigned a mentor who has been amazing!

Cons

As in any remote job, it can be frustrating when trying to find answers. The intranet could use an update. I would like more direction from my project manager since I am new (this seems to vary depending on PM, some are very hands on and some are not).
