Cons

Extremely high turnover rate. Weekly news of resignation announced with no visibilty of why they resign. Sensitivity to the ground to read the undernotes of management talk is required.

Training and experience obtained is fantastic Quite flexible with part time working after maternity leave Colleagues are excellent and work hard

Cons

Promotions are limited and on occasion you have to threaten to leave to get one Very slow moving up career pathway Pay is very poor compared to industry in general
