Pros

Fast-paced work environment where I learned a lot as this was a new role for me, mostly greatly people to work with that were very patient with me.

Cons

Ended up being terrible due to management not being supportive. Upper management became very negative and condescending towards a lot of employees.

Onboarding training is not engaging. Too many systems not well connected with each other, difficult to understand best ways to work smoothly with them.
