-remote-based positions available (i.e. work from home) -good full benefits package -plenty of PTO -job security -autonomy -friendly colleagues

Cons

-compensation could be more competitive -training is extremely disorganized (i.e. thrown off the deep end to learn on the job) -certain training is not available to all staff -limited advancement opportunities

I actually can't think of any pro's. Well the money is decent

Cons

Micromanagement - doesn't work for me. No work life balance. Individuals are friendly but no sense of team or team spirit. Every person I speak to seems to be looking to leave.

Pros

Employees are nice and willing to help. Decent vacation time and pay.

Cons

The system isn't the best. So much manual work is needed. Upper management needs to put process in place to make it easier for project managers. I handle 26 studies at the moment. Work life balance is hard.
