Pros
The people I've met and work with are great. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. It's a fast-pasted environment and there's a lot to know, and the work is fulfilling.
Cons
Some of the tools I initially used were cumbersome and/or difficult to understand, but even in the short time I've been here, some great improvements have been/are being made in this area, so there is continuous improvement. I am able to do my job with the tools that I have, so no complaints here.
