CSR- No room for advancement or switching routes
Pros
For $100 a month get to drive work car anywhere in the US on personal time. The gas and maintenance is fully paid. Health benefits are ok. Never pay for bloodwork at doctors office. Off every weekend. Get holiday pay. Get 3 weeks paid vacation from the start(but have to ask for time off 1 yr in advance).
Cons
The shift hours are mid day starting at 930am up to 12pm and ending 6pm up to 9pm... and very hard to have a decent personal life. Any non work appts(Dr.) or work car repairs, have to be done very early before shift starts. And work car service has to be done on your own time(non paid). I think we should be able to clock in if service takes longer than 30mins. And last, the local management attitudes change daily, never knowing what you will be greeted with each morn. I don't think they enjoy what they are doing or else they have too much to keep up with and could use an assistant.
