All of Labcorps competitors pay considerably higher wages and quite a few employees has left labcorp and went to work elsewhere.

Communication is horrible. They make you terrified to make a mistake which can possibly cause more mistakes. They never give a cost of living raise. They expect us to be loyal to labcorp but do not give us any incentives. We are expected to work with a short staff but not have any overtime. All they are worried about is the bottom line and not their employees.
