Pros
Flexible schedule and time off Praise for work well done Always have had excellent supervisors Great vacation/sick time program (lumped together so sick can be used as vacation for people who don't call in all the time)
Cons
Lack of opportunity in branch locations No motivation to keep existing employees (you are replaceable) Pay for exisitng employees is substandard especially in promotional circumstances (would rather pay someone outside a great deal more) Benefits are expensive (you will pay the allowed amount for an office visit rather than a small copay until your deductible is met)
