      Pros

      At least under MY manager, I have a good work environment, opportunity to grow, reasonable salary, modest but yearly pay raises, challenging work, good benefits.

      Cons

      Traffic from my home through Research Triangle Park into Durham is my only peeve.

      There is plenty of work so no time will be wasted on the internet.

      Cons

      No forward thinking and management doesn't encourage forward thinking. The culture that is in place is old fashion. The use of newer technology is sorely lagging behind for a growing company.
