Labette Community College reviews

The college is failing. They have lost over 4 full-time faculty over this past year. Their enrollment is at a steady 12% decline over the previous years (still falling from COVID numbers!). As you can imagine, the atmosphere is toxic and employees are stressed. They keep having committees and meetings to try and fix the problem, but they haven't found out exactly what the problem is. So there is just band-aid after band-aid applied to the wrong areas. They are cutting programs and classes all the time.

No pay increased based on years of service or furthering education.
