Cons

Think about the perfect workplace. Now think the opposite -- that's Sorrento Lactalis. Hostile management, unrealistic expectations, backstabbing office politics, character assasination, forced overtime, blame shifted from management to hourly workers, nepotism, questionable business practices... For years management was giving hams out for Christmas -- despite the fact that many workers are Muslim (don't celebrate Christmas and can't eat pork). It think that says it all. Saw many people walk off the job, suffer stress related disease and even drop dead. Also, the coffee was bad.

Great atmosphere and people and a willingness to improve. Fantastic flexi time and up to 35 days holiday (from overtime)

Poor pay compared to average due to limited pay increases verses new employees. Internal communication
