Nice ambience in the office and nice colleagues The C-suites are all very nice too and down to earth.

-Big focus on training and professional development (and the training budget and management support to back it up!) -Smart and talented teammates who are good at what they do -Strong 401k program and bonus program -Interesting and challenging work -Great work/life balance -The company is doing very well, both globally and locally. It's a stable and safe industry.

-A little slow when it comes to technology adoption -PTO is light (15 days, which includes sick time)

I have nothing to say in terms of a pro.

I've never seen a company who has an HR team that will do everything possible to protect the sexual predators and get rid of employees that use basic benefits such as FMLA and Worker's Compensation. Cases are especially high in the Fresh Mozzarella Plant in Nampa compared to others on this site. Management in this particular plant is corrupt and the company's HR will do everything morally wrong to protect them. For anyone that does not have a management position, you're only deemed as someone they "don't want to get rid of" if you don't use any of your benefits as all. Sexual offenders can be reported multiple times, have no repercussions, and keep their jobs due to protection from HR and plant management. You're assessed and awarded based on how much of a liability you are, rather than how well you actually perform your job tasks. Use any of your employee benefits even one time and expect to receive a significantly lower rating on your performance review by management and lose out on your bonus.
