      Pros

      Staff are personable and fun to get to know Great way to build up experience after entering the job market All of the interns I knew, myself included, landed jobs soon after the internships ended Given a lot of responsibility and autonomy to find our own voice

      Cons

      Can be bureaucratic and slow due to being such a large corporation Low pay - interns are relied on too much for the amount of responsibility they are given The other side of given a lot of responsibility: sometimes the responsibility seemed a little overwhelming Lots of departments aren't on the same page all of the time

      IT not really a thought in most management when considering projects or acquisitions then expect to get everything completed the last second. short staffed even with a aggressive acquisition strategy. Budget dictated by parent office in france.
