None - Plant and corporate management are a poor excuse for management and need to be seriously evaluated.

Cons

Tons of extended and mandatory overtime for hourly and exempt employees. Unsafe conditions on site. No parts or supplies to repair dangerous or broken equipment the never hire within they ignore internal aplications and if it makes yor managment look bad they will place you on dicapline to void your internal application so you are unable to apply for another 6-12 months . Plant managmnet is extremly discnected and beirly knows what is actually going on in the plant and they refuse to help when things get bad.
