      -Culture -Feel valued as an employee -Working on building a great business -Company is truly in business for the long term, makes rational decisions, will become formidable in the US in the next 5 years

      Cons

      -Pay + Benefits (for now) -Low PTO -Challenging / stressful work environment. Hard to plan a life outside work w/ all the chaos

      The worst and hardest factory to work

      Pros

      easy to get in for just a job, pay is ok, not the worst, not the best

      Cons

      they treat you like a machine, you never stop your hands, it is all manual work, standing the whole time, rush you work the fastest to pick up the cheese in. The worst is they only give you one paid 20 min break, and you can take 30 lunch break for your own time(have to clock out for lunch), which other factories all give you all paid three 15 min break plus 30 min lunch break.
