Healthcare is the only real con.

Cons

Poor management. Elitist mentality. Work life balance was horrible. Nothing was ever good enough for them. They have expectations that cannot be met without putting in 70 plus hours a week.

There is a solid team of capable managers and employees that are able to keep the plant running in all situations providing value and opportunity for new hires.

Cons

Although they have been in business for a long time there is little concerted effort to streamline the production and packaging aspects of the company.

Good workers have to over function and get abused on a regular basis while unreliable workers are tolerated. If your a great worker don't waste your time here. They will burn you out.
