The pay was great! Employee cheese sales were amazing with awesome prices. Employee training was never better anywhere else.

Cons

Very little accountability. Long work hours with no regard for work life balance. Constant pressure to overachieve results.

Cons

Management makes everything very difficult. Us vs. Them mentality makes for a very stressful work atmosphere. Unless u have 25 or more years u never get a weekend off.
