Positive results as an employee, but too much red tape

It was a great opportunity to be able to give back to other members of the college community, and positive results were very rewarding.

Cons

It seemed sometimes that bureaucracy got in the way of being able to do the job. I spent more time on paperwork than I did actually tutoring some weeks.
