-Unprofessional upper management -Unchecked favoritism -Unorganized and confusing company structure -Redundancies and inefficiencies are staggering -Company well behind the rest of the business world in how it is operated -No advancement unless you marry into the family or are personal friends of the owners -You get the overwhelming sense that everyone at the home office doesn't have a clue how to run a business -Great talent is routinely fired for small, trivial, and sometimes, company caused reasons
