      Some of the coworkers are truly wonderful.

      Cons

      Micromanaged everything Pay Paychecks always messed up/adjusted per director (bonuses withdrawn, adjusted hours and took out lunches that were unable to be taken) Bullying This is a business and you're just another #. Staff turnover.... We have had a director, no director, a director, no director and a director and currently no director (3 times in 2 years). The nurse to patient ratio is very unsafe.

      Loved working with the other staff. Lots of talented people just trying to their best.

      Cons

      Way understaffed all the time. Required to do all lab draws and other skills that take away from the patients who need constant care, high patient to nurse load. Too overworked and very underpaid
