      Pros

      Lakewood Ranch Medical Center is a fantastic workplace. This community focused hospital offers excellent care to all patients, employing the most highly qualified staff. The company offers competitive pay and excellent benefits to full time and part time staff. A broad range of supplemental benefits are offered as well, including an EAP offering free mental health counseling to employees as well as their family members. Work life balance and culture are very positive at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center. Advancement opportunities are available for staff in a variety of career paths. Senior Leadership and Management are supportive and listen to feedback, implementing ideas whenever possible. I am proud to work for this hospital and UHS as an organization!

      Decent cafeteria food and mostly clean bathrooms

      Cons

      Little training, little help, everything changes daily, rules change based on who you are and who you are friends with, some can get away with a lot and some get away with nothing. High stress, high responsibility
