      Minimal office politics, shared vision of pursuing quality and continual improvement

      Cons

      Long, unpredictable hours, slow advancement, high burnout and turnover. Don't join here, you'll regret it. All the successful folks leave for better options after a few years.

      Good benefits, very customer focused, excellent products

      Cons

      Very intense environment. I was there 3+ years. Management was substandard with a clique like atmosphere. The environment was highly political. The bureaucracy was the worst I have ever experienced in a long career in technology companies. Almost impossible to implement changes. Work-life balance non existent. Management with unhealthy egos cause churn
