Pros
I like the people I work with, enjoy my job (most of the time) and am amazed by the brilliant engineers that I am surrounded by on a daily basis. Core values are a big part of how we work and we work on complicated problems everyday. Solving them is not easy but when we do , it is so gratifying. There is no time for boredom, because the next challenge is around the corner. These challenges and the people I work with keep coming me back every day.
Cons
It is not perfect. Our processes can be overly cumbersome and needlessly complicated. Our systems could stand some updating.
