      No set procedures--whatever one you choose will be wrong Adderall addicted coworkers all rowing the boat in a different direction It's all kumbaya untill the screaming starts Everyday is reinventing the wheel after the last one failed.

      Salary, Schedule, Location, Subordinate Co-Workers, Insurance Benefits.

      Cons

      Management, Treatment of Lower Employees, Favoritism, Nepotism, Fraternization, Dishonest Management. Good old boys club, Racism, Accountability for Managements actions, etc. I would not recommend Dry Manufacturing to anyone. There are other departments within the company that are options. Stay away from Dry Manufacturing!!!

      Great Company in a Growing Industry

      Pros

      I entered Lam from a different industry but was welcomed and encouraged to make changes to the status quo. I feel more valued in Lam than in any other company I have worked in. The shear amount of intelligent people with extreme desires to help each other is amazing.

      Cons

      Like most industry employment changes, learning the language of a new company and industry takes time. This industry is fast so you need to be a quick study.
