      Pros

      Pay can be very competitive. I know people who don't do as well, but people are often presented with very generous initial offers. The culture is also very good, and the company is very profitable and well-positioned in the market. I feel very supported by my management team, and there seems to be a genuine culture of prioritizing work-life balance.

      Cons

      Can't think of any major cons. This is the best company I've worked for in the industry thus far. I wish I had a LITTLE bit more time off.
