      Very fast paced and grcompany where new things happening everyday. Very operational driven. Really focus on customer. Many projects running where employees will get big career opportunities. Very fast growing company

      Late hour working which brings difficulties on maintaining work and life balance.

      Pros

      I have worked at Lam for almost 15 years. In that time I have had the opportunity to learn, grow my career, meet amazingly talented and devoted individuals, and be a part of a company that has a direct impact on the products I use daily. Being a mom of two young children, I also appreciate the flexibility I have. I do work hard, but I also have time to be a mom.

      Pros

      Good culture, solid company. People are generally happy to be there although many do complain about how fast paced it is. I think the pace is fine and actually a little slower than other companies in the valley.

      Cons

      Not enough benefits. For those who joined years ago, they lucked out with the sabbatical and the stock appreciation. For those who joined recently, the pay isn't as competitive as other places and there are few fringe benefits.
