      Good pay, free lunch during Covid lockdown

      Cons

      They don't like older, experienced workers. I ended up with a permanent disability from a young, amped up rookie high on who knows what.

      Pros

      Great benefits Wonderful work culture where managers listen and strive to make change based on employee feedback Great place to work if you are an engineer.

      Cons

      They do not support career change within the company. I recently got my bachelor's degree in an IT related field, and since it doesn't align with their main focus (manufacturing and R&D), they have given me little to no support in transferring within the company. I am having to look elsewhere for a job. I would have loved to stay here, and tried repeatedly to see about getting transferred and was constantly rebuffed or outright ignored.
