      Pros

      The company is growing and has a ton of opportunities to get involved if you are willing to put in the effort. The CEO communicates the vision very clearly and has always been transparent. The best part has been working with so many talented people that are willing to share knowledge. I found many mentors that were eager to share their experiences (I just had to go outside my org to find them).

      Cons

      Leaders set the culture in extreme ways. Some departments have everything in order and enjoy a work life balance. Look for roles in environments with low turnover and a tenured base of employees - happy employees to be found with a good work life balance. Look for leaders that can speak about their accomplishments and growth in specific detail - These managers will think of you as a human being, have appreciation, and have your back when you need support.
