      Core values are really put into practice and clearly part of how employees are evaluated and viewed. Very well positioned company gaining market share.

      Cons

      Given the competitive environment and demanding / leading edge customers, work hours can be long at times to meet customer needs and win against competitors.

      Pros

      Good culture, solid company. People are generally happy to be there although many do complain about how fast paced it is. I think the pace is fine and actually a little slower than other companies in the valley.

      Cons

      Not enough benefits. For those who joined years ago, they lucked out with the sabbatical and the stock appreciation. For those who joined recently, the pay isn't as competitive as other places and there are few fringe benefits.
