Great people to work in departments. Laidback environment.

Cons

Hard to lead an organization when leaders of all levels look to put the customer over employees. When bringing on new temps/ direct hires manager forget to think about the employee who has been here for years without being paid properly.

You can work on the most advanced fabrication technology here at Lam. Be very creative to solve the most challenge problems and delver solution to customer to support their best product fabrication. Very nice manager and colleague that are willing to help and support your growth.

Cons

work load can be heavy sometime. But this is normal in hardware industry.

I used to work at Lam as full time employee and I think top management needs to send their admins to Ethics and Core Values class. The C-level admins attitudes towards the lower level admins is unacceptable. Gossip, politics, favoritism, even to the extent of bullying is taking place. It creates a very hostile work environment. I have friends that are still work there and they tell me they have the same problem.
