Pros

Ummm...sometimes they would bring beer?

Cons

Poor work life balance, toxic leadership, poor management, no care or respect for employees, apparently they are strong proponents of leading through intimidation tactics; which does not a good leader make. Poor communication to employees. Employee safety is also low on the totem pole of concerns. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Pros

- Excellent benefit package - Willing to take on inexperienced designers and invest a lot of time into improving their skills - Events to boost morale

Cons

- There is almost no chance for upward mobility. People have worked in the office for 20 years and have not progressed from their initial position. - Incredibly fast, overwhelming amounts of work. Your minimum goal is 100 designs/month, but 150+ is preferable - You have to agree to work overtime, including weekends, and are often required to do so - The office is cliquish and not very minority friendly - Artists are allowed to be abused by clients and account executives in demoralizing ways and management almost always sides with the client
