The salary was competitive for a fresh grad like me at that time and I had wonderful colleagues. We trauma bonded over the toxic management lol.

Cons

We didn't have any formal training and the upper management would expect us to submit endorsements immediately. The head would also humiliate staffs around other people when they fail to deliver results. I get that we had targets to meet but this isn't the way for people to get them to improve. The head would also only accept leaves when it's health-related. He wasn't empathetic about people having to attend to emergencies. A lot of us also didn't get any incentives on our closed hires.
