Seem to care about the employees it represents. I was informed by the contracted establishment they had informed LanceSoft about my termination. They indeed did not when i informed LanceSoft they quickly contacted me and emailed my separation documents.

Cons

All people i talked to had heavy accents and called me at late hours. They also do not seem to realize when one is working for them. i would get several calls from other reps for the position while i was contracted. i also informed them i could not start until a certain date and they tried to get me to start before that date.

Cons

Agent will lure you about the hospital rate. Will NOT pay for days of filling requirements. Delays payment or will NOT pay at all. They require you to chase managers signature after long hours of working specially at nights otherwise will NOT pay you or delays your pay.
