This is just my experience and I hope others had much better experiences. It was very hard to understand through heavy accents and when I asked them to repeat what they were saying slower they would get mad at me. My first week at my position I got a call about another position which confused me since I had just started. They also submitted me for the position I got without consulting me before. I was mislead in length of my contract as well.
