Salary is ok compared to other consulting.
Cons
1- Salary not getting on time. 2- They hold 10 days salary. Didn't told before joining. 3- only 5 public holiday in a year and 15 annual leaves and 5 casual leaves per year. 4- Deployed to client place and after that no-one cares about you, Send email or calls ,they will not do anything. 5- Some people are good but company is bad, no process. 6- My client demand remote work. So working from home. But no other facility like internet bill , setup bills like chairs, not even lancesoft laptop. They did not given even welcome kit. 7- They will ask to take interview, but no money for taking interviews. 8- if you take consecutive leaves like on Friday and Monday. They will deduct 4 days of leaves ,,even sat and Sun are non working day,,,how bad the company policies. 9- You will not get pay slip, you need to ask for everything to them. There are many problem.
