. The interview process was conducted well and organized. . The Person in charge of taking care of employees(me) is prompt and helps answer all questions on time. . Pragya, the executive of employee care is always on top of things to help and find answers for me. Overall, good.

. The company needs to work on benefits as this is one thing I felt that was majorly missing.

The people are nice and responsive. In particular, Ms. Pragya Agarwal, who in one of the Executive, Employee Care people, was very helpful. As they had made a mistake in one of their payments, I contacted her and she found a solution right away! Thank you!

Cons

They might take some percentage of your income. They help you at the beginning but you should switch after some time!
