      Pros

      Got to work with a good client with great WLB. Experience might vary client to client. Salary usually on time.

      Cons

      uncertainty that project might end from client leads to anxiety timesheet approval from client side is required for salary disbursal. While understandable, it sometimes leads to delays if client manager is on leave or business trips during month end
