Good place only for the freshers, but if you know favorable & buttering then you will survive.
Cons
There is no growth for the experience employees here. They don't bother about your dedication towards the company. No appreciation. The best place only for the people who knows to buttering/ favorable. Too much politics. HR process is very unprofessional, they don't have the proper process or protocol. No one bother about the harassment happen inside the company (inside the teams. Few managers addresses employees with bad words) and no action will be taking against those people. You will get threatened from managers & leads (those who thought they became the owner of the company because of the position they got). Payroll process is worse, after leaving the company they will process your FnF after 3 months which they mentioned that they will process after 45 days. They don't know any law or process to follow, but they only know favorable. If you want to survive and work in this company, you would need to learn/ get trained on how to favor/butter your leads, managers & HR.
