      This is not actually Cons, and they are NOT scammers. Read the whole thing. ------------ I'm Sub-contracting with a well-known company via LanceSoft, before I proceed with the background check, I googled the company name and saw many sketchy reviews which confused me. Because they were actually very responsive and professional and super helpful. So I contacted the well-known company directly to make sure I'm not being scammed. They confirmed legitimacy of LanceSofts. To anyone who is in my situation, if you receive emails from the LanceSoft.com domain, they are legit and not scam. dont believe the bad reviews. (you don't have to take my words either. call the main company yourself, they'll tell you the same thing.)
