- As a Senior resource, I would conclude that no company seems perfect, While we are growing, there are things that are evolving like...updating technology, understanding new upgrades in market, formalizing procedures etc - come along with any growing company. - I believe its important to not get hungup on what's wrong and what's going to be wrong instead focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions that support that. - I conclude nothing much to mention about con's instead i would suggest all existing and upcoming resources to take new challenges and work on different work-way, it wipesout our negativity and stress. - Being in a recruitment background we may change and adapt to new work cultures, process and collabaration, practically every company has its own policy and work culture.
