This is my first platform where I got to showcase my skills and I have been rewarded by the best training and trainers. The trainers have extensive amount of knowledge and they’re the best teachers you can ever find in any staffing company. According to my research before joining Lancesoft, I had my interviews done with various staffing companies with more pay. But I didn’t choose them. Being a fresher and an employer all you see is the work environment the connection between you and the interviewer how much interest or involvement they show you during the interview hours. The way they support your points when you add to their questions, it was so good I felt like home where people listen to you and support you. This portrayed an image in mind that growth can I get in my future, whereas other companies portrayed that all you are going to do is pressurized work and fulfilment of tasks to which you get paid. To my personal belief an employer who can work in a comfortable environment with a platform to grow in his/ her career where you get time to learn about things rather than rush for money. In Lancesoft the leads and manager are so good that they always be there to help you out and train you no matter what how much ever we lack behind, they appreciate for every single doubt and are so patient to take time and help you to grow. This doesn’t just help you to grow yourself but also this company gives us a platform to build our leadership qualities, as my lead “Mr. Ashish Hedge” always tells me that buddy you’re the best. You have all the capability to be the best than anyone and working with him made me feel that confident and even he tells me to help all my team in his absence. The leads and managers in this company never make us feel that they’re too senior to approach for everything. The people are so humble and down to earth. Working in this company makes me feel home and everyone around me is like a family. My manager “Mr. Prachit Sharma” and “Mr. Vidya Sagar” are the coolest managers ever, they’re so kind persons apart from recruiting they helped me in every single way. They took time to even investigate my personal issues and got everything solved. This is what I think as the best company we ever find. My director “Mr. Arun Bharadwaj” he is my favorite of all he is the man of knowledge and experience, He is the person who gives us the confident that everything can be achieved with smart work and patience. Most of the companies do not have freedom to contact your manager or director directly. The employees never get an interaction with them. But Lancesoft being the greatest staffing company you get an opportunity to interact with your manager or director. My director is damm motivating, he motivates every single person with the best solutions to everyone’s problem. He is being the Delivery Director himself with his very busy schedule. He always finds time to severe his best even if his not a part of his work. He helps everyone with all the forms of sourcing and with the best strings. He gives treats to the employers for their best work and even sent employers to Dubai for cricket match as employment appreciation rewards which is the best reward any person can get in any industry. Coming to the best part of Lancesoft. We get appreciation awards for the recruiter of the month. Every month last Friday is fun Friday, as all recruiters get a platform to showcase their personal skills like singing, dancing and even fun activities and games and yummy treats are given as a recreation this helps to build a team spirt and to open ourselves and feel comfortable and everyone are appreciated for their hard work and even celebrate all the festive occasions in best ways by even giving prizes to best ethnic wear and even roses gives given to the female employees on women’s day along with cakes and chocolates as an appreciation to their hard work and symbolizing that they’re better than many men. The LSIT team is the best technical support team and they’re with the solution in very short span of time and they’re superfast they always provide their best to solve technical issues of the systems. The HR team, they’re very good people how are so kind and patient. They always tend to take time regarding every issue about salary or employment related issues. The queries are solved within minutes of time and all thanks to “Mr. Raghavendran” the assistant manager of HR India, for taking all his time and he supports his team in the best possible way to solve all the employee issues. At last, I would like to say that I’m proud to be the employer of the “LanceSoft”. This is the only platform where you learn from alphabet A to Z about recruiting.
