      I don't find any reasons to work here. To survive be a toy in the hands of management.

      Nothing on time. Hard earned salary nor incentive or your F&F when you leave the organization.

      Team lead is extremely arrogant, selfish, egoistic, hyper, biased and has "Know it all" attitude. No respect of new employees. Nepotism Office politics Unhealthy work environment No work - life balance Racism

      you will be pressurized to do submissions even if you are trying your best
