it is was nice to be a part of the company bt only the issue was u.s holidays.

Thank you for your response! Being a US based company, we do follow US timings and Holidays unless you are working for the India division, in which case you would have access to Indian holidays and timings.

I have joined Lancesoft recently , I have about 6 years of experience but I haven't experienced this Happy work Culture else where. Thanks to Lancesoft for making me to experience it. Open work Culture , Approachable Management , Employee Friendly Organization. Love Working with Lancesoft.

Pros

Less pressure. Few Good people in management.

Cons

New people who are joining don’t anything about the company background. HR sucks. Other office in Indore don’t know the corporate culture and made it household Khichdi and full of balls licking people to climb up the ladder.
