They transfer pay on time.

Cons

They offer benefits but doesn't pay single dollars towards 401K or health insurance still they claim we offer benefits. During the hiring process they says we offer all possible benefits but there is always conditions. Benefits are different for each employee. Make sure you don't get trap.

I've been working with LanceSoft since 2 months and the kind of work atmosphere is just amazing. The employees are very friendly and helpful. It feels really good to be a part of LanceSoft.

It's has excellent work environment than Any other company. The process is transparent and as access everyone. Motivation frm seniors, leads, Director Sir (Pramod Sukla). I just love to work here. It's main motive is to Build Up the skill of Employee for his and company Growth.

Cons

Having Few employes with Low power which may demotivate others.
