      Pros

      Working with the software development team was a blast, hardworking and very knowledgeable devs. They are equipped with the latest equipment and apps to get the job done efficiently and effectively. Great team synergy, and happy social corporate atmosphere. CEO Ram, is a great mentor and a very fun and knowledgeable guy.

      Cons

      Partners are very difficult to work with, off shore testing/dev team had poor communication with the stateside team/project management backing them.

      Pros

      One of the good companies to work with. I have had worked for an year. It was a great experience to be part of lancesoft during my tenure. Parag - Is a real gem who, has always helped me for every small and big thing. He is always available for anything related to finance or operations help. Viren - Another gem of Lancesoft who has in-depth knowledge of staffing and a cool manager to work with. HR team across locations are extremely helpful and friendly. Environment in office is good and it feels like second home. Bangalore people are more friendly as compare to other locations.

      Cons

      Other two managers of Indore & Bangalore (I dont want to name them) really need to work on their leadership skills. They were too bossy and made me to find opportunities out of Lancesoft. I really wish to see them being more generous, helpful and friendly with their team members rather being bossy and shouting on floor. Indore TLs are also replica of their manager and does not respect their team members. No respect for women employees there.
