It's has excellent work environment than Any other company. The process is transparent and as access everyone. Motivation frm seniors, leads, Director Sir (Pramod Sukla). I just love to work here. It's main motive is to Build Up the skill of Employee for his and company Growth.

Having Few employes with Low power which may demotivate others.

Pros

"Energy" - That defines Lancesoft. Here, there is always Room for new ideas, and the best part is, you can give a voice to those without being hesitant. The people here are friendly and the environment is like: "Work Hard & Play Hard" The availability of Logistics - Job Boards is the best over here.

Cons

There is always a room for improvement.
